VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 24, 1908
The Common Council met at the store of R.E. Dare on July 24, 1908
Present:
R.E. Dare, President, J. deBooy, S.M. Crockett, W.P. Rhoda, trustees, W.F. Ghadboune, recorder.
The meeting was called to order by the President at 3:00 p.m.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed –

Henry Pratt – street work - $35.00
Geo. Beddick – street work - $28.00
Arf Lowe – street work - $15.00
Geo. Lowe – street work - $15.00
Giles Casey – street work - $15.00
