VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 29, 1908
The Common Council met at the store of R.E. Dare on Saturday, August 29, 1908.
Present:
R.E. Dare, President, J. deBooy, trustees, W.F. Ghadboune, recorder.
Meeting called to order by President at 4:00 p.m.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed –
H.H. Martens – sidewalk - $21.00
M. Tourtillotto – sidewalk - $18.00
Alf Lowe – sidewalk - $12.00
Geo. Lowe – sidewalk - $11.00
John Nelson – sidewalk - $7.50
Charles Mausur – sidewalk - $11.00
John Blocker – sidewalk - $21.00
