VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING

The Common Council met at the store of R.E. Dare on Saturday, September 5, 1908, at 3:00 p.m.
Present:
R.E. Dare, President, W.P. Rhode, J. deBooy, and S.M. Crockett trustees, W.F. Ghadboune,
recorder.
Meeting called to order by President at 3:00 p.m.
