The Common Council met at the store of R.E. Dare on Saturday, September 19, 1908, at 3:00 p.m.
Present:
R.E. Dare, President, W.P. Rhode, J. deBooy, trustees, W.F. Ghadboune, recorder.
Meeting called to order by President at 3:00 p.m.
