VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING

The Common Council met at the store of R.E. Dare on Friday, October 9, 1908.
Present:
R.E. Dare, President, W.P. Rhode, S.M. Crockett, trustees, W.F. Ghadboune, recorder.
Meeting called to order by President at 3:00 p.m.
