The Common Council met at the office O.J. Whiteman.
Members present: J. Virgin acting president in the absence of Salter, B. Carr, Pollard, trustees, O.J.
Whiteman, recorder. Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
The following bills were audited and allowed:
The Patterson Street Lighting Co. – 4 lamps - $54.00
W. P. Rhoda – freight - $1.30
O.J. Whiteman – freight paid on box of mantels - $.30
No further business adjourned carried.
