VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
AUGUST 3, 1909
The Common Council met at the office O.J. Whitman.
Members present: F.L. Salter, president, J. Virgin B. Carr, L. Pollard, trustees, O.J. Whitman,
recorder. Meeting called to order at 8:00 p.m.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
It was moved by Virgin and seconded by Pollard to cut ten feet from the east and west and south
sides of what is so called City Park and that the City scale be located in the center of the south of
said park. Was carried.
No further business adjourned carried.
