VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
JANUARY 6, 1910
The Common Council met at the Bank of Elk River.
Members present: F.L. Salter, President, B. Carr, J. Virgin, L. Pollard, trustees, O.J. Whitman,
recorder.
Meeting called to order by the President at 8:15 p.m. Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
A motion by Virgin and seconded by Pollard to have two hundred tickets for Voting on license was
carried and the recorder was instructed to have them printed.
On motion the following bills were audited and allowed:
Charles S. Wheaton – legal services - $15.00
Walter S. Booth & Son – recorder supplies - $2.92
A.N. Dare – 1000 verified statements $4.50
F.W. Nickerson – 240 loads gravel - $12.00
TOTAL - $34.42
The annual reports of village treasurer and recorder were presented and approved on motion were
ordered filed.
No further business adjourned carried.
