VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
JANUARY 20, 1910
The Common Council met at the Bank of Elk River.
Members present: F.L. Salter, President, B. Carr, J. Virgin, L. Pollard, trustees, O.J. Whitman,
recorder.
Meeting called to order by the President at 9:00 p.m.
On motion recorders bond was set at $200.00, bond of village treasurer at $3,000.00, and bond of
Justice of Peace at $500.00
On motion the following bills were audited and allowed:
2071 N.F. Trumbrell – for rent at hall and putting up booths - $4.75
2073 W.F. Chadbourne – clerk of village election - $2.00
2072 F.M Plank – judge of election - $2.00
2070 N.F. Trumbrell – judge of election - $2.00
2074 J. Virgin – for printing license tickets - $2.50
Total amount of orders drawn - $15.25
No further business adjourned carried.
