VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
FEBRUARY 23, 1910
The Common Council met at the Bank of Elk River.
Members present: F.L. Salter, President, B. Carr, J. Virgin, L. Pollard, trustees, O.J. Whitman,
recorder.
Meeting called to order by the President at 10:45 a.m. Minutes of last meeting were read and
approved.
Application of Andrew C. Morgan to have liquor license of M.C. Blanchette transferred to Andrew
C. Morgan was presented and notice of said application was ordered permitted in the Sherburne
County Star News for two weeks, the sum of five dollars was deposited to cover cost of such
publication. The ???? of same was set for S?h?d?? March 12, 1910 at 8 o’clock P.M.
No further business adjourned carried.
