VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
JUNE 16, 1910
The Common Council met at Whitman’s office.
Members present: F.L. Salter, President, J. Virgin, L. Pollard, trustees, O.J. Whitman, recorder.
Meeting called to order by the President at 1:30 p.m.
On motion the following bills were audited and allowed:
2106 – Pollard - ? days work on road - $20.00
2107 M. Fourtillotte – 3 days on road & 2 ½ days with team - $19.00
2108 – Slaback – 8 days work on road - $16.00
2109 – Geo. Biddick – 5 days work with team on road - $20.00
2110 – Standard Oil Co. – gasoline to ? 31, 1910 - $13.30
2111 – A.A. O??? – 54 loads of dirt at 10 cents - $5.40
2112 – Hubner Mercantile Co. – glass out for streetlamps - $6.50
2113 – Iliff – services as Village Marshal for June - $15.00
2114 – John Bither – work on water pipes in park - $4.00
2115 – Harold Keays – lighting streetlamps for June - $15.00
