VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
AUGUST 23, 1910
The Common Council met at the Bank of Elk River.
Members present: F.L. Salter, President, J. Virgin, L. Pollard, B. Carr trustees, O.J. Whitman,
recorder.
Meeting called to order by the President at 8:00 p.m. Minutes of the last meeting were read and
approved.
The application for transfer of liquor license to S.A. Blanchette & Co. was presented and placed on
file.
Motion was made by Virgin and seconded by Pollard that the Village Recorder be authorized to
cause said application to be published in the Sherburne County Star news for two consecutive weeks
and hearing for same fixed for September 2, 1910 at 8:00 p.m.
No further business adjourned carried.
