VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 9, 1910
The Common Council met at the Bank of Elk River.
Members present: F.L. Salter, President, J. Virgin, L. Pollard, trustees, O.J. Whitman, recorder.
Meeting called to order by the President at 8:00 p.m. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
On motion the following bills were audited and allowed:
43 - R.D. Roath – 4 ¾ days work on street - $8.32
44 - WM Dimick – 7 ½ days work on street - $13.13
45 – M. Tourtillotte 6 days work on street - $10.50
46 – Gils Casey – 6 days work on street - $10.50
47 – L. Pollard – 8 ¾ days work on street ($1 advanced to J.C. Stringlein) - $22.85
48 – J.C. Stringlein – 7 ½ days work on street (less $1 by Pollard) - $12.13
49 – L. Bishop – 1 ½ days work on street - $2.63
50 – Geo Low – 6 ½ days work on street - $11.38
51 – Geo Biddick – 4 days work on street with team - $14.00
52 – Pete Dare – 3 days work on street with team – $10.50
