VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 9, 1910
The Common Council met at the office of the Bank of Elk River.
Members present, Salter, President, Pollard, Virgin, trustees, O.J. Whitman, recorder.
Meeting called to order by the president at 8:30 p.m. Minutes of the last meeting was read and
approved.
A resolution was introduced by Virgin, seconded by Pollard, was adopted. Resolved: That a license to
be issued to Klopfleisch in compliance with ordinance Number 20 and to limit sale thereunder to the
Hubner stock.
No further business adjourned carried.
