The Common Council met at the office of the Bank of Elk River.
Members present: Salter, President, Pollard, j. ????, Carr, trustees, O.J. Whitman, recorder.
Meeting called to order by the president at 8:00 p.m
The following bills was audited and allowed:
140 - T.J. ??? – legal services - $25.00
141 - ?? Slaback – shoveling snow - $1.00
No further business adjourned carried.
