the Village of Elk River MN respectfully petition that you insert in the notice of the Annual Village

Election to be held in said Village on the 14 day of March 1911 a notice that the question of the
license for the sale of intoxicating liquor will be submitted to the others of said Village for ballot
thereon at said election pursuant to the Statutes in such case made and provided.
