VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL

A meeting of the Common Council was held on Friday evening, March 31, 1911 in the office of Geo.
E. Page.
Present: Plummer, President, Page, Babcock and Worden, Trustees and Chadbourne, Village Recorder.
The following bills were presented and allowed by unanimous vote.
R.E. Dare – for disinfectant - $17.08
J.H. Romdenne – medicines furnished for people - $16.15
A.N. Dare – presenting notice of application for license - $6.60
A.N. Dare – presenting minutes of Council meeting - $3.00
M.K. Iliff – Marshal fees for Jan, Feb, and March ($15) - $45.00
John Walley – Marshal night of Jan 31, 1911 - $2.00
Godpry Wictor - ? for ditch tax - $17.22
N.D. Trumbull – hall for annual election March 14, 1911 - $3.00
L. Pollard – Judge for annual election March 14, 1911 - $2.00
E.P. Babcock - Judge for annual election March 14, 1911 - $2.00
W.F. Chadbourne – clerk of election and posting notices - $2.75
On motion council authorized W.F. Chadbourne to look after repairing tubes on north side of Briodge
over Mississippi river.
No other business to come before the meeting adjourned.
