VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL
JUNE 5, 1911
A special meeting of the Common Council was held on June 5, 1911 in the office of Geo. E. Page.
Present: Geo. E. Page, President, B.F. Plummer, Geo. Worden, E.P. Babcock Trustees, W.F.
Chadbourne, clerk.
Mr. W.H. Houlton and Charles M. Babcock appeared before council in regard to Ordinance No. 59
passed at the last regular meeting after considerable discussion in regard to the merits of said
Ordinance and matters leading up to the adoption of it, Geo. E. Page Pres. Signed ordinance No. 59
and it was ordered printed.
W.F. Chadbourne was authorized to procure fixtures and repairs for streetlamps after finding out
from Harry Ha???ket what was needed.
On motion of Plummer which was cured the Pres. Page was instructed her a street commissioner.
The clerk was instructed to draw an order for Harry Ha???ket ??? marshal when his monthly salary
was due.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
