VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 23, 1911
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on September 23, 1911 in the office of Geo. E.
Page.
Present: Geo. E. Page, President, E.P. Babcock Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, clerk. visitors present
F.W. Nickerson.
The following bills were presented and on motion duly made seconded and carried were allowed and
Clerk directed to draw orders on the treasury for their respective accounts.
Walter Smith – work on street and sidewalk - $9.00
Charles Mauen – work on street and sidewalk - $3.37
Frank Hall – work on street and sidewalk - $15.00
W.F. Chadbourne – work on street and sidewalk with mixer - $18.00
J. DeBooy – 21 loads sand @.25 - $5.25
J.L.A. Nickerson – 25 sand 15 - $3.75
W.L. Babcock Sons Co. – cement to as per bill - $136.77
No further business, meeting adjourned.
