VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 4, 1911
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held at the office of Geo. E. Page, President on
Saturday evening November 4, 1911.
Present: Geo. E. Page, President, B.F. Plummer, Geo. Worden and E.P. Babcock Trustees, W.F.
Chadbourne, clerk. Henry Bargaboa, visitor.
The minutes of last regular and all ??? meetings read and approved.
The following bills were presented and on motion duly made seconded and carried were allowed and
Clerk directed to draw orders on the treasury for their respective accounts.

On motion B.F. Plummer was instructed to sell lumber used for forms in building retaining wall on
Princeton St using his own judgement in regard to price.
Geo. Worden was on motion appointed to fix sidewalk on south end of Orono bridge.
On motion W.F. Chadbourne was instructed to make sidewalk from State St to E.R. Halters shop 4
planks wide it being only 3 at this time.
No further business, meeting adjourned.
