VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 2, 1911
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held at the office of Frank White, village attorney on
Saturday evening December 2, 1911.
Present: Geo. E. Page, President, B.F. Plummer, Geo. Worden and E.P. Babcock Trustees, W.F.
Chadbourne, clerk. Frank White, village attorney.
The minutes of last meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were presented and on motion duly made seconded and carried were allowed and
Clerk directed to draw orders on the treasury for their respective accounts.

Frank T. White, Village Attorney presented copy of ordinance for Village made in conformity to
Gov. Laws of MN. The Council preceded to read and ???? ?????.
Meeting adjourned to December 9, 1911 for the purpose of voting upon above ordinance.
