VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 9, 1911
A special meeting of the Village Council was held at the office of Frank White, village attorney on
December 9, 1911.
Present: Geo. E. Page, President, E.P. Babcock Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, clerk. Frank White,
village attorney.
The meeting was called to order by the President at 8:30 p.m.
This meeting was called for the purpose of approving ordinances as corrected by Village Attorney to
conform with Gov. Laws of the State.
On motion by Babcock seconded by Chadbourne ordinances 1 to 18 inclusive were approved and
accepted.
Meeting adjourned.
