VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER MEETING CITY COUNCIL
MAY 25, 1912
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held at the office of Geo. E. Page, President on
Saturday evening May 25, 1912.
Geo. E. Page, President, E.P. Babcock Trustees and W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk. Visitor Frank Hall.
The minutes of the last meeting read and approved.
Frank Hall contractor for sidewalk on Princeton St presented his bond of $200 to Council. On
motion bond accepted and filed contract for building sidewalk was also signed by Hall and President
of council.
The following bills were presented and on motion duly made seconded and carried were allowed and
clerk ordered to draw warrants for their respective accounts.
J.E. Hamlet – gas - $9.62
Elk River Lumber Co. - $51.95
Elk River Milling Co. - $27.28
Ben Daniels - .50
John Blocker - $2.00
Geo. Corneilus - $2.00
Steve Toth - $2.60
The following resolution was adopted resolved. That the Village clerk be authorized to draw orders
for payment of contactor Hall for building sidewalk {illegible} to contract for payments as specified.
