VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 3, 1912
A special meeting of the Village Council was held at the office of Geo. E. Page on Tuesday
afternoon December 3, 1912.
Present: Geo. E. Page, President, B.F. Plummer, E. P. Babcock Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk.
Mr. Iflings of Iflings Bridge Co. the said Co. having completed their contract for building abutment
at north end of Elk River bridge and having received $1,000.00 as first payment on {illegible} for
balance due. $1,100.00 on motion duly made seconded and carried the Clerk was instruction to draw
an order for $1,100.00 in favor of the Iflings Bridge Co. which he proceeded to do at the time.
No other business, adjourned.
