VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 6, 1912
A special meeting of the Village Council was held at the office of Geo. E. Page on Thursday
afternoon December 6, 1912.
Present: Geo. E. Page, President, B.F. Plummer, E. P. Babcock Trustees, clerk absent.
This meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills for payment of labor performed filling
approach to Ek River Bridge.
On motion the following bills were allowed. The {illegible} being handed in by John Walley
Foreman and vouched for as correct.
