VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL
JANUARY 4, 1913
A special meeting of the Village Council was held at the office of Geo. E. Page on Saturday
afternoon January 4, 1913.
Present: B.F. Plummer, E. P. Babcock Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk. Geo. E. Page, President
having been called away.
This meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills past due.
The following bills were presented and on motion duly made seconded and carried the clerk was
ordered to draw orders for their respective amounts.
E.N. Daly – material for Elk River bridge repairs - $20.30
Jos L Herault – material for Elk River bridge repairs - $17.80
W. L. Babcock Bros. Co. – goods for village - $22.34
Charles M. Babcock – rent of engine house 1912 - $60.00
A.N. Dare – printing - $14.80
W. R. Smith – goods for Mrs. Kane to December 26, 1912 – 15.76
John Hawelet – gasoline - $221.87
No other business, adjourned.
