VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER REGUALR MEETING CITY COUNCIL
MAY 14, 1913
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening May 14, 1913.
Present: Charles F. F{illegible} President, F.M. Plank, Ed Keegan and E.E. Scott Trustees, and
W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk.
Visitors, Frank Ebner and Joe Holgren
S.M. Brockett asked for permit to lay water pipe across street from his well to residence. Also, a
permit to put in sewer across Princeton St to connect with Village sewer. On motion permits
granted.
John Bargabon applied for license to run pool and billiard tables in ?.P.O.F. building for one year.
On motion license granted.
Frank Ebner and Joe Halgren made a proposition to paint bridge over Miss. river {illegible} 160 ft
on south end for $250 and complete {illegible} by August 1, 1913. On motion bid accepted.
The bid for repairing {illegible} at north end of Miss. river bridge by the Grand Bridge Co. St. Paul
MN being lowest the sum of $1,980. On motion bid accepted and Co. notified to finish good and
sufficient bonds said job to be completed by August 1, 1913
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and orders drawn for their respective
audit.
