VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER REGUALR MEETING CITY COUNCIL

A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening June 11, 1913.
Present: Charles F. Ferman President, F.M. Plank, Ed Keegan and E.E. Scott Trustees, and W.F.
Chadbourne, Clerk.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed clerk ordered to draw order for

A. Peterson was presented {illegible} by E.R. Haltes and H.B. Nickerson for sidewalk along
west side of Princeton St from State St to Farmers Creamery. Peterson laid on table.
