A special meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening July 1, 1913, at the office
of Charles F. Furman.
Present: Charles F. Furman President, E.E. Scott Trustees, and W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk.
The meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed clerk ordered to draw order for service.
