VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER REGUALR MEETING CITY COUNCIL
JULY 9, 1913
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening July 9, 1913, at the office
of Charles F. Furman.
Present: Charles F. Furman President, F. M. Plank and E.E. Scott Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne,
Clerk.
The meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed clerk ordered to draw order for their
respective amount.
W.G. Babcock Sons Co. - $183.36
John Hamlet – oil - $11.55
Geo. Martinson – {illegible} – 8.50
C.D. Lashbook – assessing - $45.00
W.R. Smith for Mrs. Kane - $10.73
Town of Otsego – {illegible} – 3.30
C.J. Furman – 1 day board of equalization - $3.00
M.F. Chadbourne – 1 day board of equalization - $3.00
On motion resolved to pay John Hamlet $10.00 per month for sprinkling streets during the summer.
