VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL
JULY 19, 1913
A special meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening July 19, 1913, at the office
of Charles F. Furman.
Present: Charles F. Furman President, E.E. Scott and Ed Keagan Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne,
Clerk.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed.
Ed Keagan – 7 ½ days treasurer - $33.75
R.D. Roath – 7 days treasurer - $31.50
J. Clute – 6 ¾ days treasurer – $30.37
M.K. Iliff – 3 days treasurer - $13.50
E.E. Scott – 1 ½ day treasurer - $6.75
C.J. Johnson – 5 days treasurer - $11.25
Clark Stevenson – 7 ½ days treasurer - $16.87
M. Auspes – 7 ½ days treasurer - $16.87
Will Mausen – 7 ½ days treasurer - $16.87
L. Wallace – 5 ½ days treasurer - $12.37

On recommendation State Highway Engineer Geo. Gooley. The grand Bridge Co. was allowed
