VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER REGUALR MEETING CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 13, 1913
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening August 13, 1913, at the
office of Charles F. Furman.
Present: Charles F. Furman President, F.M. Plank, E.E. Scott and Ed Keagan Trustees, W.F.
Chadbourne, Clerk.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed.
Geo. Martinson – blacksmith work - $6.75
R.D. Roath – balance due on road work - $6.75
John Blocker – balance due on road work - $2.25
Ed Healey – balance due on sewer work - $4.75
The Grand Bridge Col – for {illegible} at bridge - $75.00
The President appointed F.M. Plank and E.E. Scott to see about purchasing plank for bridge
