VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER REGUALR MEETING CITY COUNCIL
SEPTEMBER 10, 1913
A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening September 10, 1913, at the
office of Charles F. Furman.
Present: Charles F. Furman President, F.M. Plank, Ed Keagan Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk.

The following bills were presented and on motion allowed.
Charles F. Furman – cash paid needy - $3.10
Frank Ebner – sewer work - $3.27
William D{illegible} – work on bridge - $12.10
Fred Stevenson – work on bridge - $2.25
J.E. Hamlet – gas and {illegible} it - $33.40
Elk River Lumber Co. – lumber for bridge and livery - $206.29
Elk River Lumber Co. – coal for needy - $17.50
A.N. Dare – printing scale books - $14.00
Hamlet and Gould – livery - $1.00
B.L. Hall – wages for weighing potatoes to date - $81.00
