A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN
THE MATTER OF THE WACO STREET AND UTLITY
IMPROVEMENT OF 2005
WHEREAS the City Council has determined that municipal utilities and a permanent urban style
street should be constructed on Waco Street between County Road 30 and
approximately 1,000 feet north;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota:
1.
Terry J. Maurer, City Engineer is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the
making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
