request a closed meeting of the Economic Development Authority on Tuesday, January
17, 2023, at 5:45 p.m. or immediately following the regular EDA Meeting for the

The EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute 13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(3) to
consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real property." The

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
