4.2. Sherburne County Government Center Expansion Plan and Surrounding
land Development Plan

10 years. TIle Council also requested an update on tlle County's plans for developlnent of
tlle relnaining unde"veloped land purcIlased from tile \\1ilson falnily.
4.3. Veterans Clinic
TIle County Board plans to give tile Council an update on tlle "veteran's clinic project.
4.4. YMCA
TIle \1",1C[\ discussion is a continuatioll of previous discussions attelnpting to gage tlle
interest by tlle City and COUllty in participating in funding a ThlCA and in determining \VIlat
amount eacll \vould be \villing to contribute. Several proposals Ila.~te been discussed in tlle
past; 11o\ve\1"er, no final decision Ilas been lnade. Recently, tlle City Council requested and
subsequently re\:-ie\ved data on tlle tax itnpact of funding $3 million or up to one-tllird of tile
consuuction of tlle l~fC,"A.. eitller tlrrougll a voter appro\1"ed bond issue or tluougll a lease
purchase agreelnent. It Ilas been tlle Council's understanding tllat tlle City's contribution is
contingent upon County participation, as cOlltributions froln bodl are needed to fund the
proj ect.
4.5. Update on loint Communication Projects
