Also attached is the February 5 agenda. The meeting will be held in the Mill Pond
conference room (same location as last time). The main goal of the meeting is to gain a
market perspective of the redevelopment area from Frank Dunbar of Dunbar Development
and Mark Moorhouse of Dominium, Inc. Attached is background information for each of
the developers.
