Please see the attached draft minutes from the June 25 meeting. You will be asked to

consider approval of these minutes at the July 16 meeting.

Also attached is the July 16 agenda. The meeting will be held in the Upper Town
conference room (across from the Council Chambers) at 6:00pm.
Goal of Meeting #10: Review & Consider Acceptance of Draft Plan
At the meeting, staff will provide an overview of the attached Draft Plan, including the
refinements the Task Force made at the last meeting regarding the Illustrative Master
Plan/Goals, Policies and Specific Area Strategies. The overview will also include the
Executive Summary, Existing Conditions and Implementation Priorities.
The Task Force is asked to consider acceptance of the Draft Plan prior to the property
owner meeting scheduled for July 24. The Task Force will then be asked to consider the
property owner input and recent direction from the City Council (see attached memorandum
from Community Development Director Scott Clark).
