Nominate and approve, by motion, HRA members to serve as Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary during 2023.
Background/Discussion
HRA bylaws identify three officer positions for the Authority: a chair, a vice chair, secretary. The role of each
officer position is listed below:
Chair: Shall be at all meetings and shall have general charge of and control over the affairs of the Authority subject
to the approval of the Commissioners.
Vice Chair: Shall preside in the absence of the chair and shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the
Commissioners.
Secretary: be responsible for reviewing the minutes of each meeting of the Authority and perform such functions
as may be deemed necessary by the chair.
There are no term limits for HRA officer appointments. Current officers are:
Chair: Dennis Chuba
Vice Chair: Jennifer Wagner
Secretary: Nate Ovall
