The ZimmeYman Fire Department Relief Association has requested the Elk RiveY Fire DepaYtment purchase an
AED with their donation.
Pursuant to MN Statute 465.03, resolutions acknowledging contributions must be adopted byT a four-fifths vote.

A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the communityT; and
WHEREAS, the City- of Elk River received a$1,800.00 donation from the Zimmerman
Fire Department Relief Association with the intent it be used by the Fire Department for
purchase of an AED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CityT Council, byT at least four-fifths
vote, to ackno`vledge the support and commend the Zimmerman Fire Department Relief
Association for their donation.
