An Ordinance Amending the 2023 Master Fee Schedule, of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance 22-28 be amended by changing the fees as shown in Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance 22-28 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 6th day of February, 2023.
