NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council may be attending the Trunk Highway 10 (TH
10) Access Study Open House, at Elk River City Hall, Upper Town Conference Room, 13065
Orono Pkwy, Elk River on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. — 6:00 p.m. A quorum of the
City Council may attend the TH 10 Access Study Open House; however, they will not convene any
meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the TH 10 Access Study Open
House.
