Attached is a list of special assessment reapportionments that reallocate existing assessments
to newly platted lots.
Action Requested
As required by Minnesota Statutes, the City Council is asked to approve the special
assessment reapportionments as stated on the special assessment reapportionments list
attached to this memo.
