ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
AUGUST 8, 1966
The Town Board met with land owners Otto Berandt and Marvin Thorizer. The slope as agreed
prior to the grading was to be 4 to 1 after work started. The land owners didn’t want to give that
much land so the slope was changed to a steeper slope.
