scheduled monthly meeting on February 14, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., at the Elk River City Hall,
13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN.
Two commissioners may participate via interactive television at the following locations,
which shall be open and accessible to the public during the meeting:
