DISCUSSION:
• Office walk-in traffic for January consisted of 85 customers, averaging 22 customers per
week over the 4-week period.
• ERMU red tag notification count for January under the Cold Weather Rule.
o Cycle 3 — 23 red tag notifications
o Cycle 4 — 10 red tag notifications and six disconnections
o Cycle 1— 44 red tag notifications and three disconnections
• During the month of January 2023, the customer service team entered 69 payment
arrangements with customers. During January 2022 there were 44 payment
arrangements.
• We received over 150 applications for the open customer service representative
position. During the week of February 6, we will have second round interviews with the
final candidates.
• 2023 rates and fees have been updated within the National Information Solutions
Cooperative software with the first billing taking place February 1, 2023. One exception
is the 2023 garbage rate increase for 32 gallon bi-weekly service from $5.30 to $7.45.
This update will take place in the March 8, 2023, billing.
