ACTION REQUESTED:

DISCUSSION:
• Staff has been coordinating with City of Elk River IT staff to move forward on various
projects. Server installation has been completed for the phone system upgrade, with the
new system planned to go live on February 20.
• Installation of a camera system at the field services building is planned for this spring.
• 1 will be attending the Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association's National Electrical
Safety Code update class on February 14 with other field managers.
