Field Services Facility Expansion Project Update
ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve Change Order #6
DISCUSSION:
The attached change order is for movement of fencing on the east side of the site to avoid frost
issues with the wetland, as well as removal of retaining block along the same line.
ERMU expects the majority of the site work is done until frost is out of the ground. Fencing and
security are installed to keep the site secure through the winter and two of the three gates are
operational. Permanent railing delivery did not arrive on schedule, and RJM Construction is
scheduling installation for after the commission meeting.
We have moved all staff into the new building and continue to work with RJM on completion of
punch list items.
