ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
JANUARY 5, 1970
The Town Board met with all but Mel Peterson present. Leland Peterson met with the Town Board.
No action was taken in regard to the road into his farm. Earl Schulke later moved that the new road
to this property be accepted seconded by DR Moldenhauer. Motion carried. Earl Schulke moved
and seconded by E Specht that DR Moldenhauer preliminary plat be accepted. The motion carried.
