ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
APRIL 6, 1970
The Town Board met as usual with the members all present. Jeff Roates met in behalf of John
Oliver in regard to Neil Larson plat. E.L. Specht moved and Mel Peterson seconded a motion that
the plat be accepted with the requirement that a temporary turn around of 100 feet be put in until
the roads be completed. Motion carried.
Fred Benteson asked the board to see about getting some trees cut and the road fixed near Anna
Meyers. The board agreed to see about this on some Sunday. Gordon Fredericksen met also with

the Board in regard to the Seven Mile Fair. A meeting is set for April 9 for a discussion of same.
